I spent over 20 years working in the hospitality industry, at over 10 different restaurants, and while I loved the people I worked with and some of the customers, I realized I was chasing someone else’s dream, not my own. I’d miss family gatherings, have no time for myself, and I couldn’t remember the last time I wasn’t working on a Friday or Saturday night. My energy was constantly drained, and the life I had imagined for myself seemed so far away.

One night, after a particularly rough shift where I left covered in drink spills and frustrated from yet another rude customer, I knew something had to change. That night, I started searching for ways to make money online, to use the skills I’d built over the years, but in a way that allowed me to finally have freedom over my time and my life. Fast forward to today, and I’m living a completely different reality—a reality where I get to work from anywhere, set my own hours, and actually

enjoy the work I do.
